When we woke up, we noticed that the room was dirty.

We arrived very late in the evening after driving over 6 hours and went to sleep right away. It is my LAST trip to this location ever. Now that my kids have kids, we brought them this weekend for the first time. My family has been visiting Laughlins for over 30 years and we usually stay at Harrah's. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I've been traveling throughout our country and the world. We split three desserts, the Creme Brûlée, Chicolate Cake, and Ooey Gooey Butter Cake.This review could be a bit long but please read before you go. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, they ordered Prime Rib, Chicken, Pork Chop, Shrimp Scampi, salads, mashed potatoes, Shrimp Cocktail etc. One of my friends ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese, I tried a few bites and it was delicious. There was no flower or vegetables, just the protein on each plate. Looking at past photos the presentation was much more elaborate. We had to cut them in half and move them to the other plate, not the end of the world just inconvenient. I guess I wasn't clear enough because I was given the lobster tail with a lemon wedge and melted butter on one plate and my husband was given a filet mignon on his plate. The only negative thing I can say, is I asked the waiter to split our meal on two plates. My husband and I decided to split our dinner because we wanted steak and lobster. I had so much going on as the coordinator of the dinner, that I forgot to order a side dish. I started with the French Onion Soup which was absolutely incredible! It used to be served in an onion. I enjoyed looking at the view and also the pictures of famous celebrities who have dined there in the past. 12, we were only allowed to have one check but it was convenient because they already included the tip and I also got all the points on my Casino Rewards Card! The Range Steakhouse was perfect! I was able to make reservations directly with the restaurant, smaller parties can make reservations through Open Table.
